Bill Joure

Chief Operating Officer

Shaped by over a decade in leadership with federally qualified health centers, Bill Joure brings a unique style of leadership and experience to Cherry Health, as well as a passion for community health.

As Chief Operating Officer, Bill provides the operational oversight of the organization’s medical and dental service lines and leads Cherry Health’s Re-Entry programs and Communications, AmeriCorps & Facilities teams. Before joining Cherry Health in 2021, he was Senior Vice President at Howard Brown Health in Chicago, leading that organization’s growth from two to twelve clinical sites over five years, as well as leading the organization’s social enterprise.

Bill is a native of Grand Rapids who is committed to serving the community, removing barriers to health care, and helping community members navigate all the social determinants of health.
