GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WZZM) – Grand Rapids is home to many health care agencies, including one that plays an important role in making sure the under-insured and those without insurance get the health care they deserve.
To reflect the fact they are the largest federally-qualified health center in the state, Cherry Street Health Services is changing its name to Cherry Health.
Cherry Health’s Mike Reagan talks with Health Reporter Valerie Lego about the name change and has a reminder about open enrollment. This Saturday, November 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Heart of the City Healthy Center on Cherry Street, representatives will be helping enroll those interested in the health care marketplace. If you plan to attend, bring your income documents and identification.
