The Healthy Michigan Plan is available to residents between the ages of 19 and 64 who make up to about $16,000 a year, if single (or about $32,000 a year for a family of four). The Healthy Michigan Plan covers many services, including preventive and wellness services, doctor visits, hospital care, prescription medications, dental and vision services and much more – all while offering incentives for people who adopt healthier behaviors. At the same time, people with pre-existing conditions won’t be denied coverage, and copays and premiums – if they apply – are very low.
