Cherry Street Health Services Hosting Two More Free Healthy Michigan Enrollment Events

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Cherry Street Health Services will host two more free events to educate, answer questions and help community members enroll in the Healthy Michigan Plan, which became available on April 1, 2014. The organization has partnered with the Kent District Library to offer computer access to assist community members with Healthy Michigan applications. Enrollment experts will be on hand for in-person assistance as well. Both events are free and open to the public, no reservation required.

Individuals and families should bring the following information: Income documents (paycheck, W-2, tax return, social security award letter etc.), social security numbers and IDs for all applicants, and if applicable your username and password for your MiBridges account.
